Welcome to Rockmill Mobile Veterinary Services. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Rockmill Mobile Veterinary Services offers mobile, in-home veterinary care including wellness exams, diagnostic testing, treatments, minor procedures, and end-of-life services. Services are provided by a licensed veterinarian.

2. Appointment Policy

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

  • A travel fee may apply based on your location. This will be communicated before your appointment.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods via DaySmart.

  • Late payments may result in additional fees or denial of future services.

4. Emergency Policy

We do not provide emergency or after-hours services. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact your nearest 24-hour veterinary emergency facility.

5. Geographic Coverage

Our service area includes most of Central and Southeast Ohio. Clients outside our normal range may be subject to an additional travel fee or referral.

6. Medical Records

We will provide access to your pet's medical records upon request. We may also share records with other veterinary providers upon your written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide the highest standard of care. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including adverse reactions, outcomes related to delayed treatment, or emergencies outside our operating scope.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the most recent version.
